The information submitted to www.headline-benchmark.com includes license information, a random unique number to identify the tested hardware, details of the hardware including processor, available memory and graphics card details, and performance metrics of the said hardware. A user-submitted description of the results is also submitted and is publicly available, the content of which is entirely the responsibility of and at the risk of the submitting user. Headline Benchmark reserves the right to delete these descriptions without notice, for any reason.

Similarly, users can submit comments on various items on the site, and these comments are entirely the responsibility and at the risk of the submitting user, and Headline Benchmark accepts no liability for such comments. Headline Benchmark reserves the right to remove such comments without notice, for any reason.

Benchmark results submitted to Headline Benchmark and displayed on www.headline-benchmark.com are copyright to Headline Benchmark. Headline Benchmark reserves the right to use anonymized benchmark data and aggregate benchmark data for any commercial purpose.
